Poonam V Rao is an operations-oriented leader with over a decade of experience in customer experience, insurance operations, and service delivery management. As the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of VinCred, she drives operational excellence, builds customer-centric processes, and ensures seamless service delivery across all touchpoints.
Before co-founding VinCred, she held leadership roles with Citroën India, Palace Skoda, Friendly Motors, and Concorde Motors, where she managed insurance portfolios, customer delight initiatives, and service operations. She also gained process optimization and client support expertise during her tenure with rProcess Outsourcing Services.
